Advisor – Communications and Corporate Responsibility

Job Overview

In collaboration with the Communications, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility management team, the advisor will be responsible for the activation of Transat’s donations, sponsorships, and impact investment initiatives. The person will also contribute to promoting corporate responsibility (CR) projects, including internal engagement and event planning, while supporting the implementation of strategic sustainability initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the complete management of donations, sponsorships, and impact investment initiatives, including follow-ups, timelines, and impact assessments.
  2. Maintain relationships with corporate partners, identify collaboration opportunities, and optimize reporting processes.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote corporate responsibility initiatives to internal and external audiences.
  4. Coordinate the creation, distribution, and visibility of content related to CR projects across our platforms (website, social media, intranet, etc.).
  5. Organize corporate events and special projects related to strategic partnerships.
  6. Contribute to the implementation of the sustainability roadmap, including responsible tourism and accessibility projects.
  7. Support the coordination of cross-functional CR committees and conduct analyses or recommendations for new initiatives.
  8. Assist the communications team in various tasks (writing, formatting, translation, project planning, etc.).
