Marketing alliances coordinator

In collaboration with the Marketing Alliances Specialist, the coordinator is responsible for implementing advertising campaigns developed with Transat’s strategic partners: airports, tourism boards, hotel chains, tourism brands and other complementary businesses. The incumbent ensures the smooth execution of advertising plans, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs and guidelines of strategic partners.
- Write creative briefs for the internal studio.
- Coordinate all stages of executing advertising plans with internal teams (product, marketing, web, studio).
- Book and manage internal and external media placements.
- Oversee the complete follow‑up of creative materials: production, revisions, approval and delivery.
- Compile advertising campaign results and share reports with partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing and automating processes.
- Participate in strategic monitoring activities and media trend analysis to support advertising plans.
