Job Overview
As a housekeeping supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through their departure.
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying the proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Ensure team members are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
- Training and coaching line-level colleagues.
- Inspect and assign duties to office assistants, Daily morning brief with all the relevant information.
- Check the attendance and follow up on maintenance complaints sent to the concerned department.
- Get the mini bar and consumption items from the main store to Housekeeping and distribute them to the units.
- Maintain the mini bar and consumption stock; maintain the mini bar bills and office bills.
- Keep updating all the reports that come from the units; inform them of all necessary information.
- Check all the reports daily and inform the concerned person.
- Report to the executive housekeeper on any changes to normal procedures or emergencies.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smoother operations.
- Update all the necessary information about the hotel and the new procedures to follow.
- Make a daily work report.
- Promotes good teamwork among the team members and management.
