Job Overview

  • Deliver internal training programs to team members
  • Administer the training records and training hours on Mertics
  • Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in monitoring the course enrolment of new team members to ensure that they complete the mandatory training within the first 3 months of joining
  • Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in sourcing and liaising with external training providers on required training based on the training needs of the team members
  • Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in preparing PowerPoint presentation for training modules and updating them as required 
  • Assist the Manager of Learning & Development in managing and handling the training related matters such as application, payment, etc.
  • Plan, organize and order training supplies for training needs
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of the management and the resort
  • Practice living the VPV standards and values in the daily work activities and deliver our Promise to our guests that every encounter is indeed.
  • To undertake whatever related duties or tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
