Assistant Instructor - Water Sports

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Storekeeper to join our team. 

• The Water Sports Assistant Instructor is responsible for assisting with the operation of the water sports activities in a safe and appropriate manner. He/she must conduct all activities according to the Q Adventure Standard & Operation Guidelines. The Water Sports must be cleaned and tidy, maintain and secure all equipment in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.

  Employee assists skilled professionals in performance of their work and to be worked under close supervision of senior staff.

• Strictly comply with the hotel policies regarding provision of water sports facilities to the guests in accordance with the Safety Regulations outlined by the concerned Government entities.
• Attending the guests coming for water sports activities immediately.
• Answer the telephone calls prior to three rings or fifteen seconds with appropriate greetings by mentioning the persons' name and department and offering assistance.
• Assisting the instructors in all activities at water sports center.
• Planning and managing boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operation Guidelines.
• Work towards promoting the sales.
• Maintaining the materials, machinery, other equipment and consumables properly at the center.
• Attend weekly meetings conducted by water sports in-charge.
• At all times observe the safety and security of the guests.
• Assisting and conducting practical courses in the absence of the instructor.
• Manage and conduct daily maintenance services to motorize and non-motorized equipment.
• Reporting to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and sincerely
• Updating watersports administration software and other required reports and records.
