Job Overview
- Responsible for an attractive Leisure, Sports and wellness programes and activities for the Guests.
- Assisting in creating an attractive daytime children’s entertainment program, including Handy Crafts, Pool & Beach Games, Excursions, Theme Days, and Story Telling.
- Assumes overall responsibilities for maintaining standards to ensure that facilities and equipment are clean, in good condition, and well maintained.
- Responsible for the safety of the clients and employees involved in Sports, Entertainment activities.
- Perform assigned side duties;
- Handle administrative tasks including preparation of attendance sheet, disclaimers and daily reports;
- Enforce rules and regulations of the facilities, programs and activities;
- Adhere to hotel safety standards;
- Assist in keeping accurate records of attendance, inventory, maintenance and janitorial supplies;
- Apprises Superior to order equipment and supplies in advance;
- Preserve a high level of hygiene and sanitation in the department;
- Adhere to uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene;
- Attend staff meetings and job specific training sessions as scheduled;
- Ensure all the equipment is in prime condition and is safe to use by the guest;
- Ensure the proper usage of all the equipment by guests by assisting and correct them when necessary;
- Support new team members/trainees with the procedures in the different areas of the operation;
- Ensure that proper disclaimers are signed when required, in all the different activities and areas of the department;
- Participate in and organize regular activities in the resort on regular basis, and specially over the festive seasons;
- Follow all the safety procedures and policies in all areas of the department.
