Photo Editor / Retoucher

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor / Retoucher who can enhance, retouch, and refine images to meet our premium quality standards. The role involves editing high volumes of photos while maintaining consistency, realism, and brand aesthetics across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Photo Editing & Retouching

• Perform professional photo retouching including skin retouching, color correction, exposure balancing, and background cleanup.

• Maintain a natural and realistic look while enhancing image quality.

• Edit photos for different use cases such as corporate events, portraits, weddings, studio shoots, and branding campaigns.

Quality & Consistency

• Ensure consistent color grading and visual style across projects.

• Follow brand guidelines and client-specific editing requirements.

• Review images for quality, sharpness, and final output readiness.

Workflow & Collaboration

• Coordinate with photographers, studio teams, and operations for timely delivery.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Organize, rename, and archive edited files as per internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photo Editor / Retoucher (portfolio is mandatory).

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.

• Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.

• Experience with bulk photo editing and batch processing.

• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
