Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid marketing efforts across our photography, events, and creative brands. This role is highly execution-focused, responsible for lead generation, conversions, ROI tracking, and continuous campaign optimization across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
Manage campaigns for multiple brands with different target audiences and objectives.
Drive qualified leads, bookings, and inquiries with clear cost-per-lead and ROI targets.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Create and optimize ad funnels including lead forms, landing pages, and WhatsApp campaigns.
A/B test creatives, ad copies, audiences, and formats to improve performance.
Work closely with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Continuously optimize budgets based on performance and business priorities.
Brand-wise Ownership
Handle separate ad accounts or campaigns for each brand while maintaining clarity on spend, ROI, and outcomes.
Align marketing activities with brand positioning and business goals.
Scale winning campaigns and pause non-performing ones proactively.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or Paid Media Specialist.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates.
Experience in lead generation for service-based or creative brands.
