We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between our agency and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services and seamless coordination internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled at managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and aligning internal teams to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs, objectives, and industries to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly update clients on project progress and any changes.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, design, and production) to meet client expectations.
- Monitor project timelines and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client quality standards and approvals.
Issue Resolution:
- Address client complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
Client Communication:
- Conduct regular meetings, check-ins, and status updates with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and weekly status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, decisions, and next steps.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage client documentation, contracts, and invoicing accurately and promptly.
- Assist the finance team in tracking payments and ensuring timely collections.
- Maintain detailed project records and feedback for ongoing improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align client needs with agency capabilities.
- Brief internal teams on new jobs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in instructions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for client accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, products, target audiences, and competitors.
- Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating any changes for approval.
- Build trust and maintain open communication with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.
