Sr. Associate - Debt Syndication

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Expansion/Origination : Source new clients an implementing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth, client acquisition, and market positioning. Oversee talent development, transaction origination, and deal execution.

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with C-suite executives across industries such as real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure, and high-growth enterprises.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investor relations, compliance, and research, to ensure seamless deal execution
• Market & Credit Analysis: Conduct advanced financial modeling, prepare credit note, sectoral analysis to support transactions and business growth.
• End-to-End Transaction Execution: Responsible for the complete deal lifecycle, including:
  • Borrower onboarding and understanding borrower requirements and market fit
  • Securing mandates and negotiating fees
  • Preparing credit notes and analyzing key financial data
  • Coordinating with internal investor relations and expanding the investor network
  • Presenting borrower credit to investors and structuring transactions to align stakeholder interests.
