Salary: 3LPA - 3.6 LPA 
Exp: 2-3 years 

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Onsite HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory floor. The role requires strong coordination skills, continuous employee interaction, and close collaboration with Production, Safety, and Management teams to ensure smooth workforce operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attendance, Leave & Discipline Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, shift movements, break timings, and leave records.

  • Track absenteeism, late entries, and unauthorized leaves; escalate issues in real time.

  • Support implementation of attendance and discipline policies across shifts.

2. Hiring & Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including walk-ins, shop-floor hiring, and urgent manpower requirements.

  • Schedule and manage internal and external interviews.

  • Act as the first point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership.

3. Joining, Induction & Onboarding

  • Manage joining formalities, document verification, and approvals.

  • Conduct structured induction programs (daily/weekly based on joiner volume).

  • Ensure new joiners understand safety rules, SOPs, shop-floor processes, and company culture from Day 1.

4. Exit & Resignation Management

  • Handle resignation intimation, exit formalities, and coordination with departments.

  • Support clearance process, documentation, and final settlements in coordination with HR/Accounts.

5. Visitor & Client Visit Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end arrangements for client and visitor visits including:

    • Transport

    • Welcome & hospitality

    • Food arrangements

    • Hotel bookings

  • Ensure professional coordination and smooth on-ground experience.

6. Floor Supervision & Workforce Monitoring

  • Maintain regular HR presence on the shop floor.

  • Monitor workforce behavior, adherence to SOPs, and shift discipline.

  • Act as a bridge between employees, supervisors, and management.

7. Safety & Compliance Monitoring

  • Support safety compliance by monitoring PPE usage, safety guidelines, and factory norms.

  • Coordinate with Safety and Production teams for audits, checks, and refresher programs.

  • Conduct random compliance checks for attendance, safety, and line adherence.

8. Training Coordination & Facilitation

  • Coordinate skill training, safety training, and refresher programs for operators and technicians.

  • Support cross-department training and small-group sessions.

  • Manage logistics and arrangements for training programs.

9. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for employee queries and concerns.

  • Handle grievances, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Build trust and improve engagement, especially with shop-floor and blue-collar employees.

10. Documentation, MIS & Compliance

  • Maintain updated employee records, files, contracts, and statutory documents.

  • Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, hiring, attrition, and compliance.

  • Ensure audit readiness (internal and external) at all times.

11. Management Support

  • Provide real-time updates and escalation support to management.

  • Assist in daily workforce planning, shift allocation, and issue resolution.

  • Support consistent implementation of HR policies across departments and shifts.
