About the role:
As an Associate Consultant within WorkSpan’s Professional Services team, you will operate at the intersection of enterprise consulting and ecosystem co-selling.
You will lead customer implementations while leveraging AI tools and prompting techniques to accelerate delivery, documentation, and problem-solving. Your work will directly impact how global enterprises collaborate, transact, and grow through strategic partnerships.
This role reports to the Manager of Professional Services and plays a critical role in customer success, platform adoption, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consulting & Delivery
- Serve as a trusted consultant for enterprise customers throughout their co-sell journey.
- Participate in discovery and design workshops to understand business objectives and map them to the WorkSpan virtual data model.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, configurations, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end WorkSpan implementations for co-sell, referral, and joint pipeline use cases.
- Configure:
- Business Process Templates (BPT)
- Common Data Models (CDM)
- Workflows
- Dashboards
- Integrations
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.
AI-Accelerated Delivery
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to improve delivery efficiency.
- Apply advanced prompting techniques to generate:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Solution designs
- Test cases
- Customer communications
- Implementation documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI across the delivery lifecycle.
Ecosystem Co-Selling
- Support integrations with ecosystem platforms, including:
- AWS ACE
- Microsoft Partner Center
- Google Cloud
- Other PRM platforms
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy across systems.
Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Conduct user training and enablement sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B, partner ecosystem, or co-selling business models.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WorkSpan or similar ecosystem/co-selling platforms.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Snowflake (SQL, data analysis)
- Google Apps Script
- Familiarity with:
- PRM systems
- Partner ecosystems
- Joint-selling workflows
- Exposure to integration platforms and middleware solutions.
