Senior Product Manager - Platform
Salaried, full-timeJob Overview
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Platform & Integrations to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core platform capabilities, CRM integrations, and third‑party integration ecosystem (e.g., Workato, Nylas, and other iPaaS / API partners).
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of:
- Enterprise: security, scalability, governance, data model, and cross-tenant capabilities.
- Platform: APIs, events, extensibility, and a great developer / admin experience.
- Integrations & CRMs: native and iPaaS-based integrations with systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and ecosystem tools.
You will work closely with customer-facing teams, your peer PMs, engineering/architecture, and technology partners to ensure WorkSpan is the best platform to connect, orchestrate, and operationalize joint B2B motions across systems.
What You’ll Do
Own the enterprise platform & integrations strategy
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise platform capabilities, CRM integrations, and our broader integration ecosystem.
- Translate customer, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into a coherent platform and integration strategy that supports both current products and future innovation.
- Define success metrics for platform and integrations (e.g., adoption, time-to-integrate, reliability, performance, partner attach, ARR impact).
Build world-class CRM and ecosystem integrations
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Service Now) from discovery and design through GTM and ongoing iteration. Decide integration strategy embed/extend.
- Define data models, sync behaviors, and mapping strategies to ensure robust, bi-directional data flows between WorkSpan and core CRM systems.
- Partner with customers, SI partners, and internal teams to design standard integration patterns and templates for common joint-selling and co-marketing workflows.
Drive the integration platform and iPaaS strategy
- Own the product strategy for integration frameworks and connectors using platforms such as Workato, Nylas, and other integration partners.
- Define and prioritize connector roadmaps, reference recipes, and packaged solutions that reduce implementation time and unlock repeatable use cases.
Lead core platform capabilities
- Partner with engineering and architecture to evolve our platform primitives: APIs, events, webhooks, authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO), rate limiting, observability, and extensibility.
- Ensure the platform meets enterprise-grade requirements across scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and data governance.
- Champion a great developer and admin experience, including documentation, configuration flows, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools for integrations.
Engage deeply with customers and internal teams
- Be the voice of the customer for enterprise platform and integrations, building deep empathy through regular customer conversations, design sessions, and user research.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Peer PMs to understand integration use cases, friction points, and adoption patterns.
- Enable customer-facing teams with positioning, demos, solution blueprints, and collateral for platform and integrations.
Lead execution and cross-functional alignment
- Own prioritization and roadmap for your areas using a data-driven and outcome-based approach.
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering to ship high-quality, lovable products on time, iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Provide clear product requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria for complex, technical integration and platform features.
- As a Lead, you will also mentor and lead other Product Managers, raising the bar on product thinking, execution rigor, and stakeholder management.

- 5+ years as a Product Manager (Senior or Lead), with a track record of owning strategic product areas end-to-end.
- Deep experience building platform and integration products, including APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and extensibility for partners and customers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Service Now etc.), including integration patterns.
- Strong familiarity with iPaaS / integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Nylas) and how to leverage them to scale repeatable integrations.
- Experience building or managing AI-powered products or workflows—for example, LLM-based assistants, recommendations, intelligent routing, or workflow automation—or strong exposure to shipping features that leverage modern AI/ML technologies.
- Demonstrated success operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, scaling new or 0→1 products and/or platforms.
Skills
- Comfortable collaborating with architects, engineers, ML, and AI product teams on topics like data modeling, evaluation, performance, reliability, and responsible use of AI.

- Strong product discovery skills: customer interviews, problem framing, hypothesis-driven experiments, and data-informed decision making.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, align multiple stakeholders, and drive outcomes across geographically distributed teams.
