Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to associates during meal service times.

  • Serve food and beverages in line with set portion sizes and recipes.

  • Ensure food display areas are clean, presentable, and well-stocked.

  • Operate tills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

  • Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

  • Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and cleaning tasks as required.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and daily specials.

  • Support the back-of-house team during busy periods or as directed.

  • Report any issues with equipment, food quality, or service to the Catering Supervisor.
